Job Summary
Be the main point of contact with the customer for information sharing and issue resolution; develop strong working relationships with key contacts; ensure cost and service compliance to internal and customer processes; take ownership from initial order through delivery; proactively monitor areas of key sensitivity to ensure compliance with processes and customer requests; compile and distribute relevant reports and KPIs; support a small team and maintain high standards of customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- Experience of Windows 10 in a business capacity
- Excellent telephone manner
- Administration skills
- A self-starter
- A team player with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- A methodical and structured approach to problem solving
- An approachable and reliable attitude
