Job Summary
Assist client-facing personnel on middle and back-office activities; support Plan Sponsors and Administrators on plan-level activities including Money In/Out, reporting and recordkeeping system updates, involuntary distributions and lost earnings calculations, QDRO, and data correction; coordinate between client-facing and operations teams to resolve client issues/escalations; maintain Salesforce records and provide end-to-end service delivery with emphasis on accuracy, timely resolution, and adherence to SLA; contribute to process improvements and client education campaigns while maintaining strong client relationships within the US retirement services domain.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate (mandatory)
- Experience in US Retirement industry
- Flexible to work in US Shifts (Across time zones based on business requirement)
- Good verbal & written communication skills in English
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
Desired Qualifications
- Graduate (mandatory)
- Experience in US Retirement industry
- ASPPA Certified (Preferred)
- CRPS (Preferred)
- Strong verbal & written communication skills in English
- MS Excel proficiency
- Knowledge of Defined Contributions and Defined Benefits
- Experience with plan documentation and recordkeeping
- Salesforce experience
