Job Summary
Customer Service - Self Storage Manager at Public Storage. Responsibilities include assessing customer storage needs and suggesting packing/moving supplies, performing daily storage unit inspections to ensure availability, auditing cash drawers and handling bank deposits, managing payments and sending reminders/collecting payments, and traveling between properties to support operations. Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds and spend up to half the time outdoors. Requires own vehicle and valid driver’s license to travel between locations; role involves working independently at multiple properties with a flexible but full-time schedule between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm).
Required Qualifications
