Job Summary
Public Storage is hiring a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager. Responsibilities include assessing customer storage needs, suggesting packing and moving supplies, performing daily storage unit inspections, auditing cash drawers and deposits, assisting with payments reminders and collections, and traveling between properties using a personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement. Must be able to transport items up to 35 pounds and spend up to 50% of time outdoors; role involves working independently at multiple locations with a flexible full-time schedule (9:30am–6:00pm, weekends until 5:00pm). Prior experience in customer service-focused sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based settings) is desired; valid driver’s license and own vehicle required.
