Job Summary
Customer Service - Self Storage Manager at Public Storage. Manage multiple properties, assess customer storage needs, and upsell packing/moving supplies. Perform daily unit inspections to ensure availability, handle cash drawers and deposits, and assist with payments and reminders/collections. Require valid driver’s license and own vehicle to travel between locations; ability to lift up to 35 pounds and work outdoors up to 50% of the time. Flexible, full-time schedule between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm) with opportunity for performance-based bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications

- Customer service experience
- Ability to transport items weighing up to 35 pounds
- Ability to walk in/around facilities and spend time outdoors
- Flexible and full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm
- Daily cash handling experience (cash drawers, bank deposits)
- Experience in service-based or retail environments
