Job Summary
Customer Service - Self Storage Manager at Public Storage. Manage and service multiple storage properties, assess customer storage needs, and suggest packing/moving supplies. Perform daily unit inspections, cash handling, bank deposits, and assist with reminders and collection calls to keep payments current. Work independently across locations with in-person duties, including outdoor tasks and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds. Requires valid driver’s license and use of own vehicle to travel between properties; mileage reimbursement available. Hours typically 9:30am–6:00pm with weekends until 5pm; full-time benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401k match, PTO, sick time, and flex spending. Mileage reimbursement provided for travel between properties; opportunities for performance-based bonuses. Prior experience in customer service-oriented sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based roles) is welcomed.
