Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Job Summary
Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits; assist customers with storage needs and upsell packing supplies; perform daily storage inspections and maintain unit availability; interact with customers to manage payments and reminders; travel between properties using own vehicle and mileage reimbursement; work independently at multiple locations with in-person duties and outdoor tasks; physical requirements include lifting up to 35 pounds and walking/working outdoors; benefits after 20+ hours and a total rewards package including health, 401k, PTO, and planned bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service-centered sales environments
- Valid driver’s license and ability to use own vehicle
- Ability to transport items up to 35 pounds
- Outdoor work up to ~50% of time including stairs and exterior grounds
- Flexibility to work full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm with weekends
- Ability to perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Successful candidates from retail/food service backgrounds welcome
