Job Summary
Customer Service - Self Storage Manager at Public Storage. Manage on-site operations across multiple locations, assess storage needs, and upsell packing/moving supplies. Daily tasks include storage unit inspections, cash handling and bank deposits, keeping payments current with reminders/collections, and ensuring curb appeal through cleaning and maintenance. Requires the ability to lift up to 35 pounds and spend up to half the time outdoors, with travel between properties using own vehicle. Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service centered sales environments
