Job Summary
Provide customer-service oriented self-storage management across multiple properties. Assess customer storage needs, suggest packing and moving supplies, conduct daily storage-unit inspections, and manage cash drawers and deposits. Handle payments and reminder/collection calls, perform cleaning and routine maintenance, and operate in an in-person, full-time role. Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle to travel between properties; physical tasks include lifting up to 35 pounds and outdoor work for portions of the day.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Successful candidates come from a variety of customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.
