Job Summary
Property Manager role at Public Storage involves independently overseeing multiple locations, assessing customer storage needs and suggesting packing/moving supplies, performing daily inspections and cash handling activities (auditing cash drawers, making deposits), collecting payments and making reminder calls, and driving between properties. The position requires physical tasks such as transporting items up to 35 pounds, walking/exposing to outdoor environments up to 50% of the time, and performing cleaning/maintenance around facilities. Candidates come from customer-service/sales backgrounds in retail, restaurant, or service industries and must have a valid driver’s license to travel between locations.
