Job Summary
Assist customers with storage needs and suggest packing/moving supplies; perform daily storage unit inspections to ensure spaces are ready to rent; manage cash drawers and make bank deposits; help customers stay current on payments and make reminder calls; travel between properties with mileage reimbursement; independently work across multiple locations; must have a valid driver’s license and be able to transport items up to 35 pounds; spend up to 50% of time outdoors in facilities and perform cleaning and maintenance tasks (sweeping/mopping, exterior grounds) as part of daily duties.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Successful candidates come from a variety of customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.
