Job Summary
Customer Service - Self Storage Manager position focused on helping customers assess storage needs, selling packing/moving supplies, conducting daily storage unit inspections, handling cash and deposits, collecting payments, and providing responsive service across multiple properties. Requires valid driver’s license and ability to travel between locations; duties include outdoor/indoor tasks, housekeeping, and ensuring facilities are clean, secure, and ready for renters. Prior experience in customer-service oriented sales environments (retail, restaurant, or service industry) preferred. Full-time schedule with hours 9:30am–6pm (weekends until 5pm) and mileage reimbursement for travel between properties.
