Job Summary
Assess customer storage needs, make suggestions for supplies, and conduct daily unit inspections to confirm inventory. Audit cash drawers, process bank deposits, and manage payment collections through reminder and collection calls. Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping interiors, and maintaining exterior grounds. Transport and move items up to 35 pounds while walking extensively inside and outside facilities. Travel between multiple locations using your own vehicle with mileage reimbursement. Earn performance-based bonuses as an independent property manager working flexible full-time hours.
