Job Summary
Customer Service - Self Storage Manager responsible for assessing storage needs and selling packing supplies, performing daily storage unit inspections, auditing cash drawers, and handling payments and reminders as part of a multi-location self-storage team. Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle to travel between properties; physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds and spend up to 50% of time outdoors; duties include cleaning, maintenance, and ensuring curb appeal. Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle for travel between properties
- Experience in customer service/ sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based)
- Physical ability to move items up to 35 pounds
- Ability to work outdoors up to 50% of the time and indoors as needed
- Full-time availability with hours 9:30am–6:00pm, weekends until 5:00pm
