Job Summary
Customer Service - Self Storage Manager for Public Storage. Responsibilities include assessing customer storage needs, upselling packing and moving supplies, conducting daily storage unit inspections, auditing cash drawers and deposits, helping customers with payments and reminders, and performing maintenance tasks. Requires walking in/around facilities, outdoor work up to 50% of the time, and ability to transport items up to 35 pounds. Must drive between properties and use own vehicle (mileage reimbursement). Full-time schedule with hours typically 9:30am–6:00pm (weekends until 5pm). Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service and sales environments
