Job Summary
Public Storage is hiring a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager. Responsibilities include assessing customer storage needs and making product recommendations, selling packing and moving supplies, conducting daily storage unit inspections, auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits, handling payments and reminder/collection calls, and coordinating between multiple properties. The role requires a valid driver's license to travel between locations (mileage reimbursement provided) and the ability to transport items up to 35 pounds. The position involves spending up to 50% of time outdoors, including stairs and outdoor areas, and working a full-time schedule between 9:30am and 6pm with weekends (until 5pm).
