Handle customer storage needs, upsell packing and moving supplies, conduct daily storage unit inspections and maintain inventory, manage cash drawers and deposits, assist with reminders/collections, and travel between properties as needed with mileage reimbursement; work independently at multiple locations, balancing indoor and outdoor tasks including handling items and maintenance tasks, while delivering customer-focused service. This role supports a flexible, full-time schedule with 9:30am–6pm hours (weekends until 5pm) and benefits eligibility after meeting hours requirements.
