Job Summary
Property Manager role at Public Storage focusing on customer-service driven storage solutions. Responsibilities include assessing customer storage needs and upselling packing/moving supplies, conducting daily storage-unit inspections, auditing cash drawers and banking deposits, managing payments and reminder/collection calls, and maintaining facility cleanliness and curb appeal. Requires valid driver’s license with own vehicle for travel between properties, ability to lift up to 35 pounds, and comfort with outdoor work up to 50% of time. Schedule is full-time with hours 9:30am–6pm (weekends until 5pm), with benefits including health/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, sick time, and mileage reimbursement. Prior experience in customer-service oriented sales environments is preferred.
