Job Summary
Property management role focusing on customer needs at self-storage facilities: assess storage needs, upsell packing/moving supplies, conduct daily storage unit inspections, manage cash drawers and deposits, assist with payments and collections, and perform field tasks including cleaning, maintenance, and outdoor grounds. Requires ability to transport items up to 35 pounds, work outdoors up to 50% of the time, and travel between properties using own vehicle with mileage reimbursement. Flexible and full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm) with potential performance-based bonuses; independent work at multiple locations while maintaining customer service standards.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service oriented sales environments
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties or conduct work-related tasks
