Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Customer Service - Self Storage Manager responsible for managing Public Storage properties with Independent work across multiple locations, evaluating customer storage needs, and selling packing and moving supplies. Responsibilities include daily storage unit inspections, auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits, assisting customers with payments and reminders, and handling collections as required. The role requires walking/standing outdoors up to 50% of the time, climbing stairs, and occasional lifting up to 35 pounds. A valid driver’s license and using a personal vehicle to travel between properties is required (mileage reimbursed). Experience in customer-service oriented sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast food, etc.) is preferred. This is a full-time position with a schedule between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm) and includes a benefits package such as medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, PTO, and other company benefits.
