Job Summary
Customer Service - Self Storage Manager at Public Storage. Responsibilities include assessing customer storage needs and upselling packing/moving supplies, inspecting daily storage units, auditing cash drawers and processing deposits, managing payments and reminder/collection calls, and traveling between properties using own vehicle. Requires experience in customer-service driven sales environments, ability to lift up to 35 pounds, and willingness to spend up to 50% of time outdoors; work independently across multiple locations with flexible/full-time schedules (9:30am–6pm, weekends until 5pm).
