Job Summary
Customer Service - Self Storage Manager with Public Storage. Responsibilities include assessing customer storage needs, suggesting packing and moving supplies, conducting daily storage unit inspections, auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits, and performing reminder and collection calls to keep accounts current. Must be able to transport items up to 35 pounds and work in outdoor environments up to 50% of the time. Requires a valid driver’s license and own vehicle for travel between properties; role involves working independently at multiple locations. Schedule is flexible and full-time between 9:30am and 6pm with weekends until 5pm; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401k with match, PTO/sick time, and mileage reimbursement.
