Job Summary
Property Manager role with Public Storage requiring customer-service oriented sales at self-storage locations. Responsibilities include assessing customer storage needs, selling packing and moving supplies, conducting daily unit inspections, auditing cash drawers and deposits, managing payments and collections, and performing outdoor/indoor maintenance tasks. Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle for travel between properties; able to work in both indoor and outdoor environments, with lifting up to 35 pounds and outdoor duty up to 50% of time. Full-time schedule between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm) with benefits after meeting hours, including medical/dental/vision, 401k with match, PTO, sick leave, and flex spending. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between properties.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Successful candidates come from a variety of customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.
