Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Public Storage seeks a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager to inspect storage units, assist customers, upsell packing and moving supplies, manage cash drawers and deposits, and perform reminders/collections. The role involves working independently at multiple locations, spending time both indoors and outdoors, conducting daily inspections, and traveling between properties (mileage reimbursement provided). Must be able to transport items up to 35 pounds, walk in/outdoors, and work a schedule that includes 9:30am–6:00pm (weekends until 5pm). Requires experience in customer service-focused sales environments and a valid driver’s license to travel between properties.
