Job Summary
Customer Service - Self Storage Manager现场在多处物业独立工作,负责评估客户存储需求、销售打包/搬运用品、进行日常运营、现金处理与银行存款、催费与收款、车辆出入管理、以及保持设施外观与环境整洁以确保可出租。岗位要求具备在零售、餐饮或其他服务行业的客户服务与销售经验,持有有效驾照并自带交通工具,在设施内外工作(包括户外环境)并能完成日常清洁与维护任务,能进行库存检查和出入库准备。
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service and sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to use own vehicle for travel between properties
- Ability to transport items up to 35 pounds; comfort working outdoors up to 50% of time
- Strong communication and cash-handling abilities
- Ability to perform daily maintenance tasks and upkeep of facilities
- Ability to inspect inventory and ensure spaces are ready to rent
- Basic math for payments, deposits, and reminder/collection tasks
