Job Summary
Customer Service - Self Storage Manager at Public Storage. Responsibilities include assessing customer storage needs, suggesting packing/moving supplies, performing daily inspections, handling cash drawers and bank deposits, conducting reminder and collection calls, and traveling between properties. Requires physical tasks such as lifting up to 35 pounds, and spending up to 50% of time outdoors. Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle for travel between locations. Flexible full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm, weekends until 5pm; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401k with match, PTO, sick time, flex spending, and mileage reimbursement. Prior experience in customer-service oriented sales environments is preferred; position involves working independently at multiple locations and may involve outdoor/indoor duties.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Successful candidates come from a variety of customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.
