Job Summary
Public Storage seeks a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager to assess customer storage needs, suggest packing/moving supplies, perform daily storage unit inspections, audit cash drawers and deposits, and manage payments/collections. The role involves working independently at multiple properties, with duties including outdoor/indoor tasks, maintenance, and occasional travel between locations. Candidates should have experience in customer-service oriented sales environments, and be able to lift up to 35 pounds and work in outdoor conditions up to 50% of the time. Flexible, full-time schedules available between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm). Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401k with match, PTO, and mileage reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
