Job Summary
Assist customers across Public Storage locations by assessing storage needs and recommending packing/moving supplies; drive to multiple properties as needed. Responsibilities include validating inventory through daily storage unit inspections, auditing cash drawers, and processing payments with bank deposits as required. Requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel between properties; role involves spending up to 50% of time outdoors, including stairs and exterior grounds maintenance. Performs cleaning and daily maintenance tasks to keep spaces ready for rent. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, sick time, and flexible spending; eligible for full-time benefits after averaging 20+ hours. Flexible, full-time schedules available between 9:30am and 6pm, weekends until 5pm.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service-centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.
