Job Summary
Public Storage is seeking a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager who will work independently at multiple locations, assessing customer storage needs and upselling packing and moving supplies. Responsibilities include daily storage unit inspections, auditing cash drawers and deposits, processing payments and reminders/collections, and maintaining facility curb appeal. The role requires walking/standing in outdoor environments, lifting up to 35 pounds, and driving between properties using the employee’s own vehicle. A background in customer-service oriented sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast food, or similar) is desired, along with the ability to work a full-time schedule between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm) and travel as needed. Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service-centered sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based companies)
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation to travel between properties
