Job Summary
Assess customer storage needs, make selling suggestions for packing and moving supplies, and conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability. Audit cash drawers, process bank deposits, and manage payment collections by keeping customers current and making reminder calls. Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks including sweeping, mopping, and maintaining exterior grounds. Transport items weighing up to 35 pounds and work independently across multiple locations, spending up to 50% of time outdoors. Requires a valid driver's license for travel between properties. Earn $19.50 per hour with flexible full-time schedules from 9:30am to 6pm.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Own vehicle to travel between different work locations and/or while conducting other work-related business
- Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
- Ability to walk in/around facilities spending up to 50% of their time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
- Experience from a variety of customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies
