Job Summary
Provide customer storage solutions and upsell packing/moving supplies while managing self-storage properties. Conduct daily unit inspections, verify inventory and availability, audit cash drawers, and process bank deposits. Help customers with storage needs, handle payments, and perform reminder/collection calls. Travel between properties using own vehicle; work involves outdoor duties up to half the time, including walking facilities, stairs, and handling items up to 35 pounds. Operate across multiple locations with independence and potential performance-based bonuses; comprehensive benefits available for full-time schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and ability to use own vehicle for travel between properties
- Physical ability to transport items weighing up to 35 pounds
- Comfort with outdoor environments up to 50% of work time
- Experience in customer service and sales environments

- Ability to perform reminders and collections calls when required
