Job Summary
Customer Service - Self Storage Manager role at Public Storage. Earn $16/hour with full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm), including benefits such as medical/dental/vision, 401k with match, PTO, sick time, and more. Responsibilities include assessing storage needs and recommending packing/moving supplies, performing daily storage-unit inspections to ensure availability, auditing cash drawers and handling bank deposits, managing payments and reminders/collections, and traveling between properties. Must be able to lift items up to 35 pounds, work outdoors up to 50% of the time, and drive own vehicle between locations. Prior experience in customer-service oriented sales environments is preferred, with flexibility to work at multiple locations and independently. Mileage reimbursement provided.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service centered sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies)
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle for travel between properties
