Job Summary
Public Storage seeks a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager to assess customer storage needs, suggest packing and moving supplies, manage cash drawers and deposits, and perform daily inspections across multiple locations. Role involves driving between properties, handling payments and reminders, and performing outdoor/indoor maintenance while providing independent service at locations. Must have a valid driver’s license, own vehicle, and prior customer service or sales experience; lifting up to 35 pounds and outdoor work are expected. Compensation includes $19.50/hour with benefits and a performance-based bonus potential; full-time schedule between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm) with mileage reimbursement.
