Job Summary
Customer Service - Self Storage Manager at Public Storage. Manage customer storage needs, upsell packing and moving supplies, perform daily unit inspections, handle cash drawers and deposits, and assist customers with payments and reminders. Role involves independent work across multiple locations, outdoor-site tasks, and driving between properties with mileage reimbursement. Requires valid driver’s license and ability to transport items up to 35 pounds, with a mix of indoor and outdoor duties and some physical tasks, including stairs and outdoor grounds upkeep. Flexible to full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm); benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401k with match, PTO, sick time, and more. Prior experience in customer service-focused sales environments is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.
