Job Summary
Public Storage is seeking a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager to oversee storage-unit customer interactions, assess storage needs, upsell packing supplies, conduct daily inspections, handle cash deposits, and coordinate between multiple properties. The role involves both indoor and outdoor tasks, requires traveling between properties (mileage reimbursement provided) and a valid driver’s license, with a full-time schedule between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm). Compensation is $20 per hour with performance-based bonuses and full-time benefits; candidates come from customer-service or sales-oriented backgrounds and must be comfortable working in a hands-on, independent environment.
Required Qualifications
