Job Summary
Customer Service - Self Storage Manager at Public Storage. Earn $15/hour with full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm); responsibilities include assessing customer storage needs, recommending packing/moving supplies, inspecting units, handling cash and deposits, and performing reminders/collections for payments. Role involves independent work at multiple locations, travel between properties (mileage reimbursement provided), and working both indoor and outdoor settings. Requires valid driver's license and use of your vehicle to travel between properties; physical duties include lifting up to 35 pounds and spending up to 50% of time outdoors, with walking, stair-climbing, and operating doors. Prior experience in customer service or service-based sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast food) is preferred.
