Job Summary
Customer Service - Self Storage Manager role at Public Storage. Responsibilities include assessing customer storage needs, suggesting packing/moving supplies, conducting daily storage-unit inspections, auditing cash drawers and deposits, managing payments and collections, and performing maintenance tasks. Position requires driving between properties (mileage reimbursement provided), spending time both indoors and outdoors, and working independently at multiple locations. Full-time schedule with hours 9:30am–6pm (weekends until 5pm); benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401k with match, PTO, sick time, and flex spending.
