Customer Service - Self Storage Manager role at Public Storage in New Rochelle, NY. Responsibilities include assessing customer storage needs, upselling packing and moving supplies, conducting daily unit inspections, auditing cash drawers, handling payments and reminders, traveling between properties, and performing cleaning and maintenance. Ideal candidates have experience in customer service-oriented sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast food or service-based roles), hold a valid driver's license, and are able to travel between locations using their own vehicle.
