Job Summary
Property manager role at Public Storage with opportunities to work independently across multiple locations. Responsibilities include assessing customer storage needs, selling packing and moving supplies, conducting daily inspections, auditing cash drawers, handling payments and reminder/collection calls, and performing cleaning and maintenance tasks. Requires a valid driver’s license and own vehicle for travel between properties; physical ability to transport items up to 35 pounds and spend significant time outdoors. Full-time schedule with benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, sick time, and flex spending; mileage reimbursement provided for travel between properties. Prior experience in customer service-oriented sales environments and a willingness to work in retail/service settings is preferred.
