Job Summary
Customer Service - Self Storage Manager responsible for assessing storage needs and making product recommendations (packing/moving supplies), performing daily storage unit inspections, auditing cash drawers and deposits, managing payments and reminders/collections, and traveling between facilities. Requires a valid driver’s license and use of own vehicle; roles involve indoor and outdoor duties, walking and occasional lifting up to 35 pounds, and a mix of customer-service–driven sales activities across multiple locations with a focus on independent work at facilities and delivering excellent service. Flexible, full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm) with opportunities for bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
