Job Summary
Manage multiple Public Storage properties, assess customer storage needs and upsell packing and moving supplies. Perform daily storage unit inspections, cash handling and deposits, and reminders/collections to keep accounts current. Maintain exterior grounds and ensure facilities are clean and presentable; transport items up to 35 pounds and work outdoors up to 50% of the time. Requires a valid driver’s license and use of personal vehicle to travel between properties. Flexible/full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm) with benefits; independent work across locations and potential performance-based bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service-centered sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based industries)
