Job Summary
Customer Service - Self Storage Manager role at Public Storage requiring independent work across multiple locations with a focus on assessing storage needs, selling packing/moving supplies, managing daily cash tasks, and maintaining facilities. Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service-centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies
- Valid driver's license and use of own vehicle to travel between properties and for work-related tasks (mileage reimbursement)
- Ability to transport items weighing up to 35 pounds
- Walk/stand for extended periods and work indoors and outdoors (outdoor environments, stairs, doors)
- Cash handling and banking duties (audits, deposits)
- Ability to perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks (sweeping/mopping)
- Prior experience with payments reminders and collections calls as part of daily duties
