Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Property Manager role focused on customer-service driven sales across multiple self-storage locations. Responsibilities include assessing customer storage needs, recommending packing and moving supplies, performing daily inspections, auditing cash drawers and handling deposits, managing payments and reminders, and traveling between properties using own vehicle. Requires ability to move items up to 35 pounds, work outdoors up to half the time, and maintain facility cleanliness and curb appeal. Prior experience in customer-service oriented sales environments (retail/restaurant/service) and a valid driver’s license are expected.
