Job Summary
Public Storage is hiring a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager. Responsibilities include assessing customer storage needs, suggesting packing/moving supplies, performing daily storage unit inspections, auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits, handling payments and reminder/collection calls, and traveling between properties. The role requires mobility and outdoor work (up to 50% time), physical tasks such as lifting up to 35 pounds, and a valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle to travel across locations. Successful candidates come from customer service or sales backgrounds and will work full-time on a flexible schedule between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm). Required Qualifications
