Job Summary
Customer Service - Self Storage Manager responsible for assessing customer storage needs, suggesting packing and moving supplies, performing daily inspections, handling cash and bank deposits, making reminder and collection calls when required, and traveling between properties. Role involves working independently at multiple locations, with 9:30am–6pm hours (weekends until 5pm) on a full-time schedule. Requires ability to lift up to 35 pounds and to work outdoors up to 50% of the time, including stairs and outdoor grounds maintenance. Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service centered sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies)
