Job Summary
Public Storage is seeking a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager responsible for assessing customer storage needs, upselling packing and moving supplies, performing daily inspections and cash handling duties, and coordinating work across multiple properties. The role involves walking/standing indoors and outdoors, occasional travel between properties with mileage reimbursement, and maintaining store appearance. Candidates should have experience in customer service-oriented sales environments (retail, restaurant, or service-based), a valid driver’s license and own vehicle, and be able to lift up to 35 pounds; the position is full-time with a schedule roughly 9:30am–6pm and weekends until 5pm.
