Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Customer Service - Self Storage Manager responsible for assessing customer storage needs, upselling packing and moving supplies, and maintaining property readiness across multiple locations. Duties include daily storage unit inspections, cash handling and bank deposits, processing payments and reminders, and performing cleaning and maintenance tasks. Requires a valid driver’s license and own vehicle to travel between properties; ability to lift up to 35 pounds and work outdoors up to 50% of the time. Schedule is Flexible and Full-Time between 9:30am and 6pm, with weekends until 5pm; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, sick time, and flexible spending. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between properties. Experience in customer service-oriented sales environments is preferred; ability to work independently across locations and contribute to a high-performing team.
