Job Summary
Public Storage is hiring a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager. Responsibilities include assessing storage needs, selling packing and moving supplies, conducting daily storage unit inspections, cash handling and deposits, collecting payments and reminders, and maintaining property grounds. The role requires experience in customer service–centered sales environments, a valid driver’s license with access to a own vehicle, ability to lift up to 35 pounds, and the ability to work outdoors and travel between multiple locations. Offers full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm), benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401k with match, paid time off, sick time, flex spending, life insurance, mileage reimbursement, and performance-based bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service-centered sales environments
- Valid driver's license and access to own vehicle
- Ability to transport items weighing up to 35 pounds
- Ability to walk in/around facilities and work outdoors
- Comfort with cleaning and daily maintenance tasks
- Willingness to travel between properties as part of the role
