Job Summary
Customer Service - Self Storage Manager at Public Storage. Manage day-to-day customer interactions, assess storage needs, and upsell packing/moving supplies. Perform daily storage unit inspections, cash handling, and bank deposits. Responsible for payments reminders and occasional collections; travel between properties with mileage reimbursement; operate at multiple locations with independence. Requires valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle; physical duties include lifting up to 35 pounds and significant time outdoors. Flexible, full-time schedule with hours 9:30am–6pm (weekends until 5pm). Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, sick time, and more. Required Qualifications
