Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Public Storage is hiring a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager to work full-time at Arlington Heights, IL. Responsibilities include assessing storage needs and suggesting packing/moving supplies, performing daily storage unit inspections, auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits, assisting customers with payments and reminder/collection calls, and traveling between properties. Position requires valid driver’s license and owning a vehicle for travel between locations; physical duties include lifting up to 35 pounds, and spending up to 50% of time outdoors, with duties involving cleaning and exterior grounds maintenance. Schedule is Flexible and Full-Time between 9:30am and 6pm, weekends until 5pm.
